Message to Clients

My journey to becoming a psychotherapist began around 20 years ago, when I became a patient and student of psychotherapy. I know firsthand how challenging therapy can be, yet I also know how rewarding it can be. Now, I enjoy helping others achieve more clarity in their lives. This clarity often leads to people feeling better about themselves and more alive in the world.

I see the ability to seek out help as a source of strength. It is hard, sometimes, to step outside what we know and are most comfortable with. If you choose to start your journey of psychotherapy, you may find that a beautiful new world is waiting for you beyond what you are most familiar with thus far. The best is yet to come.
